Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Heat Notice:
With high and extreme temperatures in PR and the US, please be aware that your package may be exposed to temperatures that are not ideal for the products included. When you receive your package before opening, please put in a cool place for some time, and then proceed to unpacking. Please note this situation, we are not in control of heat in transit.
How long can my order take?
Typical order processing time is 1-7 business days during normal operations. However, when collections are released, the production of shipments multiplies and the release may take longer. This means that we receive a large number of orders in a very short time. During a release, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to ship. We always pack orders as quickly and safely as possible.
Cancellation of custom orders:
A CUSTOM order may be canceled or canceled prior to shipment. Once a custom order has been submitted, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any CUSTOM order when we are unable to contact the customer. All canceled orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee which will not be refunded. Read well only in personalized orders: Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate, among others. You can also modify the delivery date for justified reasons, for example change of executive orders due to COVID-19, meaning modifying the number of people, open or closed places, partial or complete closure of my country or the delivery country. Justified personal reasons, among others. All this must be notified and evidenced in order to make adjustments to your order.

Lost or missing packages.
If you want signature confirmation. Be aware of your location. If you would like signature confirmation added to your order, please contact us immediately so we can add this to your order. Please note that we are not responsible for a package that the United States or Puerto Rico Postal Service (USPS) has shown delivered, but has not been. Mail package theft is becoming more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of Create Kalash by Michelle or the USPS to replace or refund missing or lost packages. If you believe your package is legitimately lost through the USPS, please contact your local USPS office as they are best equipped to locate your package. We recommend adding route package protection to your order at checkout.
Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be held responsible for packages shown as delivered, but lost. The information provided is not just to hold us harmless, but is a result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very expensive and the time and effort we put into the business is also very valuable. We will do everything in our power to resolve any and all situations and will work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any issues that may arise. *WE DO NOT MAKE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*
Refund or Credit Policy:
We do not refund money or give credit, if you cancel custom orders already shipped or for reasons beyond our company, you want to cancel the order. Once you press the "finish purchase or checkout" button, all purchases and sales are final. If you place an order under the product descriptions and when you perceive its aroma, texture, among others, it is not to your liking, Create Kalash by Michelle is not responsible. Keep in mind that each scent can be perceived differently by person. We do our best to describe the scents based on the fragrance and essential oils that are used and the descriptions given by the manufacturers. As our products are handmade, design will vary slightly, each design is unique and weight varies. Approximately a bar of soap can weigh between 90g to 142g. We do not use automated machinery for the cuts, all work is done by hand, this means that we use manual tools.
Product return policy:
We do not accept returns under any circumstances for health reasons. Once an order is submitted, all sales are final.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
