• Create Kalash by Michelle ships to the United States and Puerto Rico through the Federal Postal Service USPS (United States Postal Service).
• Please allow up to 1-3 days for processing and shipping, and 7-10 days for delivery of items to US and Puerto Rico orders.
• You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

LOST PACKAGES

• Please note that Create Kalash by Michelle is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen due to USPS.
• We can assure you that we will send the tracking information of your package and we will do everything in our power to ensure that it arrives safely. We recommend that if you make a purchase of $50.00 or more, you request a signature upon receipt.
• If the customer enters their address incorrectly, Create Kalash by Michelle will not refund shipping costs.
• The customer is responsible for covering the cost once the package arrives again to be reshipped.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
